Voor een zeer gerenommeerd productiebedrijf, zijn wij op zoek naar een front- en backoffice medewerker

Met jouw professionele en gastvrije houding zorg je voor een warm onthaal en ondersteun je tegelijkertijd verschillende interne diensten op administratief vlak. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en nauwkeurige aanpak draag je bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het bedrijf

  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau en een eerste ervaring in een commerciële administratieve functie
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met zowel collega's als externe contacten.
  • Je kan goed plannen, prioriteiten stellen en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve teamsfeer en springt bij waar nodig.

  • Je verzorgt een warm en professioneel onthaal van bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers, zowel persoonlijk als telefonisch.
  • Je staat in voor de opvolging en bestelling van kantoorbenodigdheden, het economaat en je voorziet de broodjes.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van beurzen en je volgt hierbij ook belangrijke deadlines op.
  • Je beheert de klantenorders van a-z en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte verwerking van de facturatie.
