Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou in de functie van Front- en Backoffice medewerker! Jij gaat... • gasten ontvangen, in- en uitchecken en zorgt tijdens jouw shift voor een goede gang van zaken bij de front- en backoffice • aan de slag met PMS, ons reserveringssysteem, voor zowel groeps- als individuele reserveringen • nauw samenwerken met jouw collega's en helpt waar nodig • voornamelijk diensten draaien van 08.00 tot 16.00 of van 15.00 tot 23.00 uur, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend Jij hebt... • relavante werkervaring of een (afgeronde) opleiding bijvoorbeeld richting toerisme, wij leren ook graag van jou! • geen probleem met multitasken en kan zelfs tijdens hectische momenten het hoofd koel houden • als echte ‘local know it all' de leukste tips voor onze gasten • geen moeite met de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Jij krijgt... • een oproepcontract voor 1 jaar (op basis van 0-uren per week dus) • een functie met veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid, flexibiliteit én lekkere koffie • een all-in uurloon van €17,91 wanneer je 20 jaar of ouder bent (19 jaar: €16,12; 18 jaar: €14,33). Een all-in uurloon betekent dat je vakantietoeslag en opgebouwde vakantie-uren iedere maand direct uitbetaald worden en je er dus niet op hoeft te wachten • salaris en voorwaarden volgens de Horeca cao, aangevuld met de bedrijfseigen regeling van Stayokay en collectiviteitskortingen • een Stayokay kortingskaart voor o.a. voordelige overnachtingen (wereldwijd) en elk jaar een supertof medewerkersfeest • ee
