BNO Dutch Portfolio 07.09.2026 - 05.10.2026 Fulltime, Vast Utrecht We zoeken een front-end developer die design ademt en die AI niet als hype ziet, maar als vak. Iemand die zijn of haar werkmethode inmiddels grondig heeft heruitgevonden en designs vertaalt naar schone, onderhoudsvriendelijke code en vlekkeloos werkende digitale ervaringen. Binnen de functie is er volop ruimte voor UI/UX-vraagstukken, design systemen, innovatie en motion. Functie In de geest van high-end digital design agencies ligt onze lat hoog. Het is een veelzijdige functie waarin je jouw eigen projecten leidt, veel creatieve vrijheid krijgt, direct contact hebt met de klant en nauw samenwerkt met het designteam. Je bouwt niet zomaar websites, je creëert vloeiende, interactieve platformen die merken versterken. Het verschil met een 'gewone' developer? AI is voor jou een extra tool in je workflow. Jij weet wat je aan het bouwen bent en waarom. Daardoor weet je ook wat je prima kunt uitbesteden en wat niet. Je vertrouwt niets blind, want je begrijpt wat eronder zit (software craftsmanship). Je kunt code beoordelen, herstructureren en het beter maken. Je volgt de ontwikkelingen op de voet, nieuwe tools zoek je zelf op en je experimenteert uit eigen beweging. Je hebt (het liefst) een paar jaar praktijkervaring en genoeg in je portfolio om te laten zien wat je kunt. Bij ons krijg je de ruimte om de afdeling samen met Joost verder vorm te geven en de leiding te nemen in de technische doorontwikkeling van onze digitale projecten, inclusief hoe we AI verantwoord en slim inzetten. Functie-eisen - je snapt digital design en kunt laten zien hoe je het ontwerp (inclusief motion en micro-interactie) hebt doorvertaald naar schone, onderhoudsvriendelijke code - je werkt aantoonbaar met agentic coding tools à la Claude Code, Codex, Cursor (wat je ook gebruikt) en kunt laten zien hoe je die in échte projecten hebt ingezet: hoe je een taak opknipt, een agent instrueert...
