Welke uitdagingen liggen er voor je klaar? - Als Front Office Agent ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor al onze gasten. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten een verblijf beleven om nooit te vergeten in ons prachtige hotel! - Je zorgt voor een soepel verloop van de dag. Je bereid samen met je collega's de check-ins voor en zorgt dat de gasten met ultieme gastvrijheid worden ontvangen. - Tijdens het verblijf van de gasten ben je de vraagbaak van ons hotel. Vragen over ons Restaurant Amstelle, onze Bar Moqum of onze Wellness de Tropen, jij beantwoordt ze allemaal! Vereisten Pas jij bij onze Toekan familie? Je bent iemand die snel kan schakelen en op een prettige manier onze gasten weet te helpen. Je staat ervoor open om nieuwe dingen te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast ben je representatief en heb je een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Verder hopen wij dat je het volgende in huis hebt: - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring bij de Front Office; - Je bent 32 tot 38 uur beschikbaar. Werken op avonden, weekenden en feestdagen is voor jou geen probleem; - Je spreekt de taal van onze gasten, in het Nederlands en in het Engels, maar elke andere vreemde taal is een pré!
