Je verwelkomt gasten in de lobby van ons hotel door hen proactief te benaderen en je helpt hen bij het beantwoorden van alle vragen die ze kunnen hebben over ons hotel of de omgeving. Dat maakt jou de welkomstcommissie van het hotel. Daarnaast ben je in staat gasten te helpen met het boeken van tickets voor musea, taxi's, etc.Herken je jezelf als onze Front Office Agent? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!Naast een enthousiaste persoonlijkheid ben je/heb je: • Ervaring in het verlenen van service, bij voorkeur in een hotel • Een echte teamspeler met een ‘Hands on'-mentaliteit • Een gastvrije houding en ben je representatief • Communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels • Flexibel om te werken, ook 's avonds en in het weekend (en 's nachts)Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat jij ons kunt helpen ons succes na te streven.
