We are a small team that genuinely feels like a family, dedicated to showing our guests the absolute best of Amsterdam.We are looking for a sharp, independent Front Office Host / Receptionist who can own the desk, read the room, and keep the operations running flawlessly.The RoleThis isn't a standard "sit and wait" check-in job. You will be the face, the brain, and the vibe of the hotel during your shift. Because we are a boutique operation, you must be comfortable ruling your kingdom solo.We operate across three distinct shifts (and yes, you need to be flexible enough to rotate through them): • Morning Shift: Fueling guests with local tips, handling check-outs, and setting a crisp tone for the day. • Evening Shift: Managing check-ins, setting the evening mood, and ensuring seamless handovers. • Night Shift: Keeping the house secure, auditing the day's numbers, and being the calm, reliable anchor while the city sleeps.What's In It For You?We believe in rewarding hustle and celebrating milestones.
