Als Front Office Manager krijg je de kans om jouw leiderschap in te zetten, een team mee te nemen in jouw visie en samen te zorgen voor een onvergetelijk verblijf voor iedere gast. Je staat midden in je team, weet mensen te motiveren en zorgt met jouw leiderschap voor een optimale gastbeleving. Binnen de functie ben je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het Front Office-team en de samenwerking met outsourced Housekeeping; - Optimaliseren van personeelsinzet, processen en het dagelijkse serviceniveau; - Bewaken van de gastbeleving en zorgen voor een professionele afhandeling van klachten; - Bijdragen aan omzet- en kostenbudgetten en zorgen dat operationele doelstellingen worden behaald; - Als onderdeel van het Management Team bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het hotel.
