Voor onze klant zoeken wij een Front Office Manager

Ben jij een geboren leider met een passie voor hospitality? Krijg je energie van klantencontact en weet je een team te motiveren om elke gast een uitstekende beleving te bezorgen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als Front Office Manager ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten en zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de receptie. Je stuurt het receptieteam aan en werkt nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

Jouw taken

  • Je stuurt het receptieteam aan, coacht en motiveert de medewerkers.
  • Je maakt de werkroosters op en zorgt voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning.
  • Je ziet toe op een correcte en vlotte check-in, check-out en reserveringsafhandeling.
  • Je behandelt vragen en klachten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging, waaronder rapportering, betalingen en mailboxbeheer.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het verhogen van de gasttevredenheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke Meeting & Events voor de ontvangst en begeleiding van zakelijke klanten, seminaries en groepen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij groepsreservaties en het opmaken van offertes in samenwerking met de salesafdeling.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de hospitality- of toeristische sector.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en denkt steeds in oplossingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met reserveringssoftware en MS Office. Kennis van Booking Experts is een extra troef.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook tijdens weekends en vakantieperiodes.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, hebt oog voor detail en weet een team te inspireren.
  • Ervaring met zakelijke hospitality of evenementen is mooi meegenomen.
