Dein Profil

* Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie.

* EDV-Kenntnisse: Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Buchungssoftware.

* Gastgeber_in aus Leidenschaft

* Kommunikationsstärke: Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und/oder Englisch sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren.

* Organisationstalent: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hervorragendes Organisationstalent.

* Erscheinungsbild: Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und eine positive Ausstrahlung.

* Begeisterung: Du begeisterst Dich für die Berge und Natur.

* Arbeitsweg: Für Wintersportfans kann der Arbeitsweg per Ski oder Snowboard zurückgelegt werden - inklusive First- und Last-Line auf den leeren Pisten.

Deine Aufgaben

* Gästeempfang und -betreuung: Verantwortlich für den herzlichen Empfang unserer Gäste sowie die individuelle Betreuung während ihres Aufenthaltes. Unterstützung bei Fragen, Reservierungen und besonderen Wünschen.

* Büroorganisation: Verwaltung der Büroabläufe, Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Koordination der internen Prozesse.

* EDV-Management: Pflege von Datenbanken und Unterstützung bei der Anwendung von Buchungsplattformen.

* Interne Kommunikation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Küche, Service und Verwaltung, um einen optimalen Informationsfluss zu gewährleisten.

* Shopbetreuung: Verantwortung für unseren Shop - inklusive Warenpräsentation, Bestandsmanagement und Kundenberatung.

Wir bieten eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 6-Tage-Woche (48 Std.) mit 1 - 2 Abenddiensten pro Woche inkl. attraktivem Bruttolohn ab € 3.000,- (Bezahlung über dem Kollektiv Hotellerie & Gastronomie, mit Möglichkeit zur zusätzlichen Anpassung je nach Qualifikation).
