Ihr Profil

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und hohe Serviceorientierung

* Organisationstalent sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Ihre Aufgaben

* Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen, Kunden und Lieferanten

* Telefonische Betreuung sowie Weiterleitung von Anfragen

* Bearbeitung von Offertanfragen und Bestellungen

* Organisation von Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen

* Verwaltung des Posteingangs sowie Pflege von Daten und Kontakten

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten und Betreuung der Besprechungsräume
