Als Front Office Medewerker speel jij hierin een onmisbare rol. Wat ga je doen? Als Front Office Medewerker bij KernGezond Lelystad ben jij het eerste én vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor onze cliënten: - Je ontvangt cliënten met een glimlach en zorgt voor een warme, professionele sfeer; - Je beantwoordt vragen aan de balie, telefonisch en per e-mail; - Je plant afspraken en bewaakt de agenda's van fysiotherapeuten in Lelystad en op andere locaties; - Je ondersteunt het team in de dagelijkse organisatie en denkt actief mee waar nodig; - Je draagt bij aan een goed georganiseerde, prettige en rustige praktijkomgeving.
