Abdij Hotel Rolduc is het grootste abdijcomplex in de Benelux en staat op de UNESCO-lijst van de honderd belangrijkste monumenten van Nederland. Rolduc heeft 160 kamers en ruim 30 event spaces die elke voor ieder type event ingericht kunnen worden: van een residentiële seminarie, bruiloften of personeelsfeesten tot exclusieve events. Daarnaast is Abdij Hotel Rolduc gelegen aan de grens met België en Duitsland en in het prachtige Zuid-Limburg dat tal van mogelijkheden biedt! Met 900 jaar geschiedenis beleven de gasten een unieke beleving op de Different manier. Het team van Abdij Hotel Rolduc is op zoek naar een teamplayer die ons Front office team kan ondersteunen. Wij zijn een hecht team en daarnaast zijn we een beetje eigenzinnig, ambitieus maar vooral een echte 'pack of wolves'. Wij zijn onderdeel van Different Hotels en de Van Melick Catering Group. We zijn niet op zoek naar een 'standaard' receptionist(e), als host sta je ten alle tijden paraat voor onze gasten. Door je spontane & gastvrije houding zorg je ervoor dat de gast vanaf het moment dat je ze verwelkomt tot het moment dat zij vertrekken zich thuis voelen en de service krijgen die zij verwachten. Door je collegiale houding doe je samen met je team waar jullie goed in zijn: het verblijf van de gasten onvergetelijk. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden en taken - Verrichten van alle receptie werkzaamheden met collega's zoals check-in, check-out, correct afhandelen van telefoongesprekken, e-mail verkeer, inboeken van kamer- en tafelreserveringen en fungeren als het centrale aanspreekpunt van het hotel; - Zorgen voor een goede sfeer in het team; - Zorg dragen, samen met het hele team, voor de unieke gastbeleving en optimale service; - De nodige info doorspelen naar je directe leidinggevende.
