Samen met je collega's zorg jij ervoor dat iedere gast een geweldige eerste indruk krijgt en met een glimlach weer vertrekt. WAT GA JE PRECIES DOEN? Als Front Office Medewerker ben jij het visitekaartje van ons hotel. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich direct welkom voelen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van het in- en uitchecken van gasten tot het beantwoorden van vragen en het oplossen van uitdagingen. Dankzij jouw gastvrije houding en organisatorisch talent verloopt alles soepel aan de receptie. Jouw taken zijn als volgt: - Ontvangen, in- en uitchecken van hotelgasten; - Beantwoorden van vragen van gasten, zowel persoonlijk, telefonisch als per e-mail; - Verwerken van reserveringen en administratieve werkzaamheden; - Verstrekken van informatie over het hotel, de faciliteiten en de omgeving; - Signaleren van wensen en behoeften van gasten en hier proactief op inspelen; - Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om een optimale gastbeleving te realiseren.
