Deze lange traditie zorgt voor mooie verhalen en een echt thuis-van-huis gevoel, zowel voor onze medewerkers als voor onze gasten. Als medewerker Front Office ben jij het gezicht van ons hotel. Jouw warme ontvangst, het beantwoorden van vragen en het verstrekken van informatie over de omgeving en faciliteiten dragen bij aan een aangenaam verblijf van onze gasten. Tijdens je dienst handel je verschillende telefoontjes, inkomende- en uitgaande e-mails af en maak je kamer- en restaurantreserveringen. Ben je al enthousiast? Samen met je collega's van de Front Office vorm je het hart van het hotel. Jouw gastvrije en enthousiaste houding is ons visitekaartje en zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten zich welkom en thuis voelen. Naast het in- en uitchecken van onze gasten, draag je zorg voor een efficiënte administratie van de reserveringen en andere belangrijke documenten. Kortom, als jij houdt van klantcontact en gastvrijheid, dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat maakt jou de perfecte collega? Wij zoeken een fulltime collega die flexibel is en bereid is om tijdens weekenden en feestdagen te werken (het aantal uren en tijden worden in overleg bepaald).
