Functieomschrijving

Als front office medewerker ben je het gezicht van ons bedrijf en speel je een essentiële rol in het leveren van uitstekende service aan onze gasten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een warm welkom, een efficiënte check-in en check-out procedure en het verstrekken van accurate informatie aan gasten. Met jouw vriendelijke houding en professionele aanpak draag je bij aan een positieve gastervaring.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

- Het warm en hartelijk ontvangen van gasten;

- Efficiënt afhandelen van in- en uitcheck procedures volgens de vastgestelde standaarden;

- Verstrekken van informatie over het hotel, faciliteiten en omgeving;

- Het beantwoorden van telefoongesprekken en e-mails;

- Verwerken van reserveringen en bijhouden van gasteninformatie;

- Omgaan met eventuele klachten en zorgen voor passende oplossingen;

- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om een naadloze gastervaring te garanderen.

Functievereisten

- Minimaal een MBO-diploma, bij voorkeur in hotelmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting;

- Relevante werkervaring is een pré;

- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels. Eventuele andere talen is een pluspunt;

- Gastgericht, vriendelijk en representatief;
