?Voor een bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in het produceren van hoogwaardige betonproducten en gelegen te Zutendaal zijn we op zoek naar een Front Office Medewerker

Als commercieel bediende heb je volgend takenpakket:

  • Je komt terecht in een goed draaiend team dat commercieel-administratief actief is voor professionele (B2B) klanten
  • Op de commerciële binnendienst fungeer je intern als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klanten van een specifieke markt en regio
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opmaak, opvolging en afhandeling van prijsoffertes
  • Samen met de vertegenwoordigers, die je administratief en organisatorisch ondersteunt, sta je in voor de realisatie van de verkoopdoelstellingen
  • Je ondersteunt en beantwoordt vragen en vanuit een meer dan goede service bouw je langdurige relaties op met de klanten. Daarnaast ga je op zoek naar leads en projecten.
  • Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van de binnendienst

Profiel

  • Je wordt graag mentaal uitgedaagd door inhoudelijk complexe opdrachten
  • Je kijkt al terug op enkele jaren werkervaring, idealiter in een commerciële of customer-service context
  • Je bent een bezige bij die erin slaagt om multitasking te combineren met nauwkeurigheid en correctheid, om snelheid te combineren met aandacht voor details
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en creatief mee met de klant en de organisatie
  • Je bent een collegiale positivist en maakt graag deel uit van een team
  • Autonoom werken is voor jou een tweede natuur
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en Frans
