Als Front Office Medewerker ben jij het eerste gezicht (en vaak ook de eerste stem) die onze gasten zien of horen. Jij regelt de check-ins, beantwoordt vragen per mail en telefoon, verwerkt betalingen én zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten zich meteen welkom voelen. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen business- en leisuregasten en weet precies wat gastvrijheid anno nu inhoudt.
