The posting

Voor een zeer klassevol hotel in Brugge zijn wij op zoek naar een dynamisch en gemotiveerde collega om hun team van receptiemedewerkers te versterken.

Naast een keurige lobby en lounge, zijn de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van de hotelreceptionisten bepalend voor de eerste indruk die hotels op hun gasten achterlaten. Het receptieteam is niet alleen het spreekwoordelijke visitekaartje van het hotel. Daarnaast zijn ze ook medeverantwoordelijk voor het subjectieve welzijn van de gasten, alsook voor de objectieve tevredenheid over de service van het hotel.

De basis hiervoor leggen is de belangrijkste zorg van de front office manager.

Taken

  • Neemt actief deel aan de receptiewerkzaamheden.
  • Stelt uurroosters op aan de hand van de voorspelde bezettingsgraad van het hotel.
  • Zorgt voor een gewaarborgde kwaliteit en service door een efficiënte werkorganisatie van het departement.
  • Bepaalt interne richtlijnen voor de onthaaldiensten en optimaliseert de werkzaamheden.
  • Staat in voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroom naar andere departementen.
  • Lost problemen op en staat in voor tweedelijns klachtenbehandeling.
  • Onderhoud contacten met vaste gasten.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een Bachelor Hotelmanagement of bent gelijkwaardig door gelijkaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring als hotelreceptionist is een must (minstens 3 jaar).
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang en kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans & Engels - kennis van andere talen is een troef.
  • Kennis van Protel & Cubilis zijn een troef.
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt maar gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt in shiftsysteem (7-15u, 15-23u, 16-24u) - weekendwerk is voor jou part of the job (1 weekend op 3 ben je thuis).
