Court Garden Hotel vormt samen met Hotel Sebel een kleinschalige combinatie van duurzame en gastvrije hotels, gelegen in het bruisende Zeeheldenkwartier, één van de gezelligste wijken van Den Haag. In deze buurt vind je sfeervolle cafés, authentieke winkeltjes en goede restaurants.Voor ons betrokken team zoeken wij een enthousiaste en zelfstandige parttime receptionist(e) voor beide hotels, die van gastvrijheid zijn of haar vak wil maken.

Wat ga je doen? Als receptionist(e) ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en daarmee hét visitekaartje van onze hotels. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles bij de front-office op rolletjes loopt.

Jouw taken zijn o.a.: • Gasten verwelkomen en in- & uitchecken • Uitleg geven over onze faciliteiten • Beantwoorden van vragen over de omgeving, openbaar vervoer, restaurants en activiteiten • Communicatie met housekeeping en technische dienst voor optimale kamergereedheid • Administratieve werkzaamheden: verwerken van reserveringen, betalingen en e-mails • Meedenken in hoe we onze service nog beter kunnen makenGasten verwennen en ontzorgen is jouw prioriteit!

Functie-eisen: Wie zoeken wij?Je bent vriendelijk, representatief en weet wat gastvrijheid écht inhoudt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een teamplayer.Verder heb jij: • Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding in Travel & Hospitality, Front Office Management, Hotelschool of Manager Ondernemer, óf minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de front office van een hotel • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (kennis van Duits is een pré) • Geen bezwaar tegen werken in de ochtend, avond of in het weekend (flexibele inzetbaarheid) • Een proactieve houding en organisatorisch talent • Certifica
