The posting

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst voor onze klant in Rijkevorsel zorg je ervoor dat offertes en opportuniteiten niet blijven liggen, maar effectief worden omgezet in concrete orders. Je combineert actief klantencontact met een gestructureerde opvolging van dossiers en werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst en interne stakeholders.

Je zet offertes en opportuniteiten actief om naar concrete orders door gerichte opvolging (mail en telefoon) en door zelf initiatief te nemen richting klanten om beslissingen te versnellen.

Je werkt in tandem met de buitendienst en neemt mee initiatief om warme en lauwe klanten te benaderen en opportuniteiten verder te ontwikkelen.

Je adviseert klanten en speelt proactief in op commerciële kansen door mee te denken en alternatieven of oplossingen voor te stellen.

Je beheert meerdere dossiers tegelijk en zorgt voor een gestructureerde opvolging van aanvraag tot bestelling, waarbij je gemaakte afspraken effectief vertaalt naar concrete orders.

Je hebt een duidelijk eigenaarschap over jouw dossiers: je bewaakt de voortgang, signaleert knelpunten en stuurt bij waar nodig — zelfstandig en proactief.

Je stemt af met interne diensten rond prijzen, levertermijnen en haalbaarheid, en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en opvolging van orders in het systeem.

Je zet offertes consistent om naar orders door gericht op te volgen en klanten actief naar een beslissing te begeleiden.

Je verhoogt je eigen conversieratio van offertes/aanbestedingen door snel te schakelen en zelfstandig bij te sturen waar nodig.

Je beheert meerdere dossiers zonder overzicht te verliezen — van aanvraag tot ondertekende order.

Je bouwt relaties op die resulteren in snellere beslissingen en minder herwerk, zowel bij klanten als intern.

Je stelt oplossingen voor waarmee je klanten helpt met hun vraag of probleem.

Je beheerst het Frans op B1 niveau om onze Franstalige klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
