We are looking for a Night Supervisor who lives life to discover and brings personal style to every guest experience. You are the one who takes responsibility for the complete nightly operation and makes sure that the rest of the team operates in the same way during your absence. That's why we're not just looking for anyone, we are looking for you!Your day will consist of… • Run daily reports and check reports for accuracy • Process, check and correct (if needed) payment transactions • Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks • Supervising Front Office operations during the night to maintain a consistently high standard. • Overseeing Front Office activities between guests, the hotel, and various departments. • Maximizing sales revenues through up-selling. • Leading by example, setting the standard for exceptional service and teamwork. • Monitoring team performance and providing feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment. • Ensuring a seamless handover at the start and end of each shift. • Come with initiatives to improve the nightly operation • Warmly welcoming guests and efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs • Assisting guests with their requests and providing service according to our Brand Standards • Make sure the lobby area is nice and tidy
