Beschrijving Dit ga jij doen als Front Office & Reservations Agent: - Je bent hét visitekaartje van het hotel: je heet gasten welkom, checkt (inter)nationale gasten in en ben het aanspreekpunt voor gasten - Het beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon, e-mail en aan de receptiebalie - Het verwerken, wijzigen en controleren van hotel- en restaurantreserveringen: je ziet toe op goede communicatie en speelt in op verzoeken van gasten. - Het informeren van gasten over de faciliteiten, restaurants en geven van informatie over Amsterdam en omgeving. - Het verwerken van betalingen, facturatie en administratieve werkzaamheden die horen bij een soepel verblijf - Het signaleren en oplossingen, uitdagingen en feedback tijdens het verblijf van gasten. Jij hebt de perfecte oplossing. - Onderhoud een goede samenwerking met collega's van de housekeeping, restaurant, banqueting, sales en andere afdelingen. - Maar bovenal: jij creëert persoonlijke momenten die ervoor zorgen dat gasten niet allen tevreden vertrekken, maar graag weer terugkomen.
