Wat ga je doen als Front Office Shiftleader bij Inntel HotelsAls Front Office Shiftleader zorg je altijd voor een vlekkeloze shift voor onze gasten en collega's. Je houdt altijd het overzicht van de gasten die aankomen en vertrekken. Na de overdracht met je collega's van de nachtdienst of ochtenddienst weet jij precies wat er vandaag gaat gebeuren bij de receptie. Je zorgt dat het team goed voorbereid is zodat er zo veel mogelijk ruimte is om gasten te verwelkomen en te woord te staan. Jij hebt oprechte interesse in onze gasten en maakt graag een praatje met vaste gasten of geeft tips voor een leuke dag in Den Haag en omgeving. Collega's kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen en je begeleidt je team proactief om het beste uit iedereen te halen. Dit vind je leuk om te doen: • Zorgen voor een fijne werkomgeving voor het team door op een positieve manier collega's aan te sturen en te begeleiden; • Je plant en organiseert de werkzaamheden tijdens de shift; • Je helpt bij het selecteren en inwerken van nieuwe collega's; • Zorgen voor een warm welkom bij het inchecken en blije gezichten bij het uitchecken; • Gasten informeren over de hotelfaciliteiten en tips geven over de bekende en onbekende hoogtepunten in de omgeving; • Buiten kantoortijden aannemen en verwerken van nieuwe reserveringen;
