Wat je kan verwachten: Het Front Office team is verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen, te woord staan, het in- en uitchecken van gasten, het verstrekken van informatie en het verlenen van service. Als Front Office trainee word je getraind in de verschillende aspecten van de receptie en ben je het visitekaartje van het hotel. Je adviseert onze gasten op het gebied van toerisme in Amsterdam, kamervoorzieningen, faciliteiten van het hotel en vele andere zaken. Door middel van verschillende crosstrainingen heb je aan het einde van je stage volledige kennis van receptiewerk op vijfsterren niveau en ben je meer te weten gekomen over de wensen van internationale gasten. Je hoofdtaken zullen zijn: - Het verwelkomen en te woord staan van gasten; - Het in- en uitchecken van gasten; - Het begeleiden van gasten naar de kamers; - Het verstrekken van informatie aan onze gasten; - Het verwerken van betalingen. Je loopt stage in wisseldiensten gedurende 7 dagen per week, met tijden van 07:00 - 15:00, 11:00 - 19:00 of 15:00 - 23:00. Je werkt 5 dagen per week, 7,6 uur per dag.
