Functieomschrijving Wij zijn Conscious Group! Conscious Group bestaat uit negen hotels, vier Hotel V en vijf Conscious Hotels locaties, en drie restaurants. Bij ons komt hospitality, design en duurzaamheid samen. Conscious Hotels richt zich op duurzaamheid tot in het kleinste detail, zonder in te leveren op comfort. Terwijl Hotel V bekendstaat om zijn stijlvolle, karaktervolle en authentiek Amsterdamse uitstraling. Binnen Conscious Group werken alle locaties samen als één team, gedreven door onze FOCAL-waarden: Fun, Open, Connect, Ambition en Love. En nu is Conscious Hotels The Tire Station op zoek naar een Front Office Stagiair. Tijdens je stage ben jij tijdens je dienst het vriendelijke gezicht van het hotel. Je doet ervaring op met verschillende front office-taken, zoals het inchecken van gasten, het helpen bij het self check-in systeem en het geven van leuke tips over Amsterdam. Ook leer je hoe je diensten zoals fietsverhuur of duurzame producten aan gasten kunt aanbevelen. Je hebt volop kansen om met gasten in contact te komen, je communicatieve vaardigheden te verbeteren en te leren hoe je een goede koffie of thee maakt. De receptie is niet de enige plek waar je nieuwe skills ontwikkelt: je doet ook ervaring op met het maken van koffie en het opschuimen van melk voor cappuccino's. Het is een mooie kans om je hospitality-vaardigheden te ontwikkelen terwijl je bijdraagt aan een gastvrije ervaring voor onze gasten.
