Het hotel heeft 122 kamers, Bouillon d'Amsterdam (genummerde biefstukken die al sinds 1870 geserveerd worden met elk een eigen uniek nummer), Cocktailkroeg de Blauwe Parade (grootste Delfts Blauwe tegel tableau ter wereldsinds uit 1887), De Brewery Club met een vergadercapaciteit voor ongeveer 16 personen. Van de lobby tot aan de kamers zijn tekenen van Delfts Blauw en de Nederlands geschiedenis te vinden in allerlei vormen en manieren.
