Functie-eisen: Wat is belangrijk om te weten over deze stageplek?Het team bestaat uit een Front Office manager, Supervisor, Receptionisten, Portiers en Stagiaires die ervoor zorgen dat al onze gasten een heel prettig verblijf hebben. Als stagiair gaan we jou alles leren in de praktijk om een echte allround receptionist te worden. Je gaat gasten in- en uitcheken, vragen beantwoorden en informatie vertrekken. Daarnaast leer je alle administratieve taken uit te voeren die hierbij komen kijken. De diensten bij de receptie zijn van 7.00-15.00 uur en 15.00 uur tot 23.00 uur, maar het kan ook voorkomen dat je een keer een ‘tussendienst' van 10.00 tot 18.00 uur hebt. Je krijgt een leermeester toegewezen die je coach is en je begeleidt en helpt om je verder te ontwikkelen.​Wie zoeken wij? • Je bent enthousiast en wilt echt een allround receptionist worden. • Je volgt een relevante opleiding • Je spreekt Engels, Nederlands is een pré, maar geen must • Je bent flexibel, collegiaal en gastgericht; het willen verlenen van optimale service heb je in je, soms is dit maatwerk​Aeon Plaza Hotels is een dynamische en groeiende organisatie met ambitieuze medewerker
