Avenue Hotel AmsterdamHet Avenue Hotel is een authentiek en onderscheidend 3-sterren hotel met 82 kamers in hartje Amsterdam aan de Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, gesitueerd in meerdere historische panden.Het hotel verhuurt verschillende type kamers voor één, twee, drie, vier en vijf personen.Met een enthousiast team streven wij naar het aanbieden van een unieke beleving die voortdurend de verwachting van onze gasten overtreft. Ons doel:Jij zorgt er als Front Office Stagiaire voor, samen met de andere medewerkers, dat de serviceverlening en de gasttevredenheid op een hoog niveau blijft. Tijdens je stage leer je onder begeleiding alle facetten van de Front Office, zodat je na je stage als professioneel receptionist aan de slag kan. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit: • In- en uitchecken van de internationale gasten, met de bijbehorende administratieve afhandeling; • Het uitvoeren en tegemoetkomen aan de wensen van gasten en zorgen voor goede informatievoorziening; • Gasten de weg wijzen in Amsterdam, wat is er te doen? Informeren over openingstijden van musea en atracties; • Upselling, zoals het verkopen van museumtickets; • Op correcte wijze afhandelen van binnenkomende telefoongesprekken en emails; • Verwerken van betalingen; • Guest relations taken uitvoeren; • Invoeren van reserveringen; • De laatste beschikbare kamers aan de balie voor de best mogelijke prijs verkopen aan walk-ins; • Overtreffen van de verwachtingen van de gast op het gebied van serviceverlening; • Klachtenafhandeling onder begeleiding van supervisie ; • Assisteren van het ontbijtpersoneel; • Netjes houden van de werkplek en de lobby; • Overige werkzaamheden

Functie-eisen: Wij zoeken: • Je volgt een hotelopleiding op MBO niveau 3 of 4 • Oog voor detail • Representatief, resultaatgericht en pro-actief • Gastvrij, gaat voor het “wow-effect” • Zelfstandig, maar ook goed kunnen werken in teamverband • Positieve attitude • Bij voorkeur woonachtig te Amsterdam • Spre
