Mother Goose is een intiem, warm en luxe boutique hotel in het hartje van Utrecht. Ons hotel bevindt zich in het hart van de historische binnenstad. Het pand ken een rijk verleden en is bijzonder ingericht. Elke etage heeft een eigen kleurenthema en een aantal kamers hebben een spectaculair uitzicht op de Dom. Bij Mother Goose geen traditionele hotelervaring, maar thuiskomen onder de vleugels van Mother Goose. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Front Office stagiair(e)Als Front Office stagiair(e) ondersteun je de werkzaamheden van de receptie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van de ultieme gastenervaring voor onze hotelgasten en doet administratieve werkzaamheden. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om mee te denken aan de verbetering van de werkprocessen en procedures.Wij bieden je een afwisselende en dynamische stage waar je veel vrijheid krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Mother Goose heeft een jong en enthousiast receptie team met ervaren leermeesters.Taken en verantwoordelijkheden houden onder andere in: • In en uit checken van gasten • Reserveringen aannemen en controleren • Financiële transacties • De gasten voorzien van extra informatie over Utrecht en Nederland. • Klachtenafhandeling • Upselling • Samenstellen van arrangementen

Functie-eisen: Wie ben jij?Je bent flexibel, nauwkeurig, stressbestendig, verantwoordelijk en hebt een enthousiaste instelling. Je hebt een echte hospitality hands-on mentaliteit! Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Tevens ben je de persoon die altijd een stapje extra wil doen voor de gasten en de ultieme gast ervaring wil verzorgen!
