Je ondersteunt de Front Office Manager door het leiden van het Front Office en Service team zodat je collega's zich kunnen blijven ontwikkelen en onze gasten een optimale service ontvangen tijdens hun verblijf. WAT GA JE DOEN?JouwJouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn o.a.: - Gastbeleving: jij draagt samen met het team hét warme gevoel over van het Malie House op onze gasten. Ook geef jij deze aandacht aan onze medewerkers en zie jij erop toe dat wij gastvrije en een efficiënte guest journey verlenen. Heeft een gast een mindere ervaring? Dan zorg jij met het team ervoor dat deze ervaring wordt omgezet in een beleving zoals het hoort met een passende oplossing; - Teamleiding: Dagelijks begeleid, train en motiveer jij onze Front Office en Service (F&B) medewerkers om onze gasten te verwelkomen en te faciliteren. Jij draagt je steentje bij in het opleiden van onze stagiaires en medewerkers zodat hun potentie optimaal wordt benut; - Team supervisie en roosterbeheer: jij controleert de dagelijkse operaties bij de receptie en zorgt voor naleving van de hotelstandaarden achter de receptie en tijdens het ontbijt. Je ondersteunt de Front Office Manager in de personeelsplanning op korte termijn bij ziekte of ander verzuim; - Administratie en rapportage: een nauwkeurige administratie is belangrijk voor een goed draaiende Front Office afdeling! Jij ervoor dat de reserveringen en betalingen correct worden verwerkt en gecontroleerd en dat de maandafsluiting goed wordt overgedragen aan de Front Office Manager; - Planning en samenwerking; samen met het Housekeeping team zorgen jullie ervoor dat de kwaliteit en service in orde zijn ...
