Ons schitterende viersterrenhotel, gelegen in de hoofdstad van het Groene Hart, is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Front Office Supervisor. Wil jij met jouw ervaring deel uitmaken van een team dat het hotel, na een renovatie en een nieuwe positionering, tot een nog groter succes gaat maken?Wat ga je doen?Als Front Office Supervisor ben jij het stralende gezicht van ons hotel. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten zich meteen welkom voelen en met een glimlach weer vertrekken. Je coacht hierbij het Front Office team om voor maximale gastvrijheid te gaan. Wat dat inhoudt? • Warm welkom: Je bent meewerkend supervisor en ontvangt onze gasten alsof ze oude vrienden zijn. Je bent ook het eerste aanspreekpunt en de gastheer / -vrouw voor onze gasten en boekers. • Hotelgids: Je vertelt vol enthousiasme over onze kamers, restaurant, bar, en de leukste activiteiten in Gouda. • Multitasken: Van in- en uitchecken tot reserveringen, bar bestellingen in orde maken, orde in de chaos brengen en administratieve klusjes – jij doet het allemaal met flair. • Teamspeler: Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor ontbijt of evenementen wanneer dit nodig is, want teamwork makes the dream work! Daarnaast bruis jij met enthousiasme en help je het management team om structuur aan te brengen bij het Front Office team. • Extraatjes verkopen: Je hebt een oog voor kansen en weet precies hoe je onze gasten dat beetje extra kunt bieden. • Ondersteunend: Je helpt het management team met opzetten van upsell acties, arrangementen uitdenken en nog veel meer toffe projecten.
