Het hotel verhuurt verschillende type kamers voor één, twee, drie, vier en vijf personen. Met een enthousiast team streven wij naar het aanbieden van een unieke beleving die voortdurend de verwachting van onze gasten overtreft. En wij zijn op zoek naar een Front Office Supervisor! Ons doel: De Front Office Supervisor zorgt voor een goede en efficiënte verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden bij de receptie en ziet toe op de juiste serviceverlening aan de gasten. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - uitvoeren van alle werkzaamheden in de Front Office (in wissel- en dagdiensten); - dagelijkse leiding over het team/de shift; - efficiënt werken en erop toezien dat de rest van het team dit ook doet, overzicht bewaren bij de piek momenten en zorgen dat het team de gasten correct en volledig in- en uitcheckt; - verantwoordelijk zijn voor de coördinatie van de werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling Front Office; - erop toezien dat de laatste kamers aan de balie voor de best mogelijke prijs worden verkocht aan walk-ins; - introduceren, trainen en coachen van alle (nieuwe) medewerkers en stagiaires; - meedenken in het verbeteren van werkprocessen, servicegerichtheid en verminderen van de kosten; - ondersteunen van de afdeling Reserveringen en Revenue; - onderzoeken, rapporteren en verwerken van alle vragen, klachten en opmerkingen van gasten en collega's om een goede kwaliteit te waarborgen; - verrichten van administratieve werkzaamheden zoals commissiefacturen nakijken, roosters maken, e.d.; - Zorgen voor een constant hoog service level Jouw Profiel: - een afgeronde MHS/HHS of vergelijkbare opleiding - minimaal 1-2 jaar werkervaring als supervisor front office in de ...
