Het hotel beschikt over 95 stijlvolle kamers, een karakteristieke kapel met een capaciteit van 300 gasten voor bruiloften, evenementen en feesten, en 5 ruime vergaderzalen. DE FUNCTIE Als Front Office Supervisor ben jij de rechterhand van de Front Office Manager en speel je een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse operatie van de receptie. Je geeft het goede voorbeeld op de werkvloer, ondersteunt het team in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat iedere gast een warm, professioneel en persoonlijk welkom ontvangt. Jij bent een natuurlijke gastheer of gastvrouw die energie krijgt van contact met gasten én collega's. Je houdt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten, ondersteunt bij operationele uitdagingen en draagt actief bij aan een positieve werksfeer waarin iedereen het beste uit zichzelf kan halen. Daarnaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor het Front Office team, ondersteun je bij het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat de Marriott-standaarden dagelijks worden nageleefd.
