Als Front Office Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles wat er gebeurt aan de Front Office en zorg je dat elke gast soepel wordt in- en uitgecheckt. Je voorziet gasten van alle informatie die zij nodig hebben en verrast hen steeds weer met jouw vriendelijke uitstraling. Daarnaast motiveer en coach je het team met enthousiasme en zorg je dat iedereen klaarstaat om de service te leveren die gasten van ons verwachten. De Front Office Manager kan altijd op jou rekenen. Je ondersteunt bij het maken van roosters, het verzorgen van communicatie richting gasten en collega's en je denkt actief mee over de dagelijkse operatie.
