The Front Office ensures that every guest has an unforgettable experience, from check-in to check-out. The Front Office consists of approximately 25 colleagues, including the Manager, 3 Supervisors, 20 Team Members, and possibly you as the Front Office Supervisor. Front Office Supervisor You are outgoing and love meeting new people from all over the world. You are focused and driven to make each guest's experience unique, while also creating a positive atmosphere within the Front Office team. In other words, you are the perfect Front Office Supervisor! A Day as a Front Office Supervisor at Novotel As a Front Office Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operations of the Front Office department. You are the first point of contact for our guests, assisting them with requests and resolving complaints in a professional and creative manner. During your shifts, you help create a positive atmosphere within the Front Office team, consisting of 24 team members. In addition, you are a structured and well-organized leader, ensuring that shifts run smoothly for both yourself and the team. Besides the operational side of the Front Office, you also support various administrative tasks. These may include reviewing and writing emails, preparing staff schedules, conducting job interviews together with HR or the Front Office Manager, and leading performance reviews and training sessions. Of course, we will provide you with the guidance and support you need to succeed in these responsibilities!
