Lees dan snel verder.De functieVoor ons Front of House team zoeken wij een enthousiaste en verantwoordelijke Front of House Supervisor met uitstekend probleem oplossend vermogen. Tijdens de dienst ben je aanspreekpunt voor gasten en medewerkers en je draagt zorg voor een goedlopende operatie, waaronder het in- en uitchecken van gasten en het correct afhandelen van klachten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het trainen en coachen van de Front Office medewerkers en stuurt degene op dienst direct aan.Het team van Supervisors bestaat uit drie medewerkers, samen met twee andere ben jij dan ook verantwoordelijk voor administratieve taken zoals het maken van roosters en het houden van functioneringsgesprekken. Je legt verantwoording af aan de (Ass.) Front of House Manager. Je werkt in wisseldiensten.

Functie-eisen: Wie ben jij?Met jouw enthousiasme en passie voor het vak weet jij jouw kennis over te brengen op je collega's. Daarnaast heb jij een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een echte hands-on mentaliteit! Jij bent daadkrachtig, empathisch en je hebt ervaring met creatieve klachten afhandeling en verder heb jij affiniteit met coaching en/of training! Tot slot zie jij jezelf helemaal terug in de volgende functie-eisen:- MBO werk- en denkniveau, afgeronde MHS opleiding of een soortgelijke opleiding;- Relevante Front Office werkervaring in de hotellerie, waarvan minimaal 1 jaar als leidinggevende;- Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift;- Goede kennis van Opera is een pré;- Je werkt in wisseldiensten tussen 07.00-23.00 en bent ook in het weekend beschikbaar.
