Wir stellen ein: 1 Front Office Supervisor (w_m_d) ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Check- In und Check- Out der Hotelgäste mit unserer Hotelsoftware Fidelio Suite8.

* Aktiver Verkauf des Hotels

* Schichtleiter und Koordination der RezeptionsmitarbeiterInnen und Auszubildenden

* Optimale Betreuung und Unterbringung unserer Gäste

* Sicherstellung eines in jeder Beziehung reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufes, sowie die Qualitätssicherung für unsere Gäste im gesamten Front Office Bereich

* Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit allen anderen Abteilungen unseres Hauses

* Gewissenhafte Kassenführung und ordnungsgemäße Abrechnung

* Professionelles Kundenmanagement

Ihr Profil

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Tourismus-Ausbildung

* Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung einer Rezeption in der gehobenen Hotellerie

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Sorgfalt, Sauberkeit und Ordnung

* eine selbstverständlich aufmerksame und gastorientierte Einstellung

* Kreativität und Engagement

* Spaß und Leidenschaft am Umgang und der Kommunikation mit Menschen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach kollektivvertraglichen Maßgaben und beträgt monatlich bei einer 45-Stunden-Woche / 5 Tage mindestens Euro 3.000,-- Brutto.

Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
