Unser zweites Standbein ist unsere 2020 neu errichtete Seminar- & Eventlocation MEZZANIN Meetings & Events mit sechs modernen Räumlichkeiten für bis zu 140 Personen.

Wir suchen absofort mit dem AMS im Zuge einer Vorauswahl: 1 Front Office Talent (m/w/d) Deine Mission

* Check-in & Check-out meistern - schnell, herzlich und fehlerfrei

* Unsere Gäste betreuen und ihre Wünsche erfüllen - vom Extrakissen bis zum Insider-Tipp für Wien

* Rechnungen erstellen und Leistungen korrekt verbuchen

* Auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick behalten und eigenständig Lösungen finden

* Beschwerden professionell bearbeiten und Feedback als Chance nutzen

* Zusatzleistungen aktiv verkaufen - dein Einsatz wird mit attraktiven Verkaufsprämien belohnt

* Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Front Office sorgen

Wenn du unseren Night Auditor vertrittst

* Eigenständige Betreuung des Front Office und unserer Gäste

* Durchführung und Kontrolle des Tagesabschlusses im Buchungssystem

* Kontrolle von Buchungen, Zahlungen, Rechnungen und relevanten Tagesabschlüssen

* Verantwortung für einen sicheren und reibungslosen Ablauf des Hotelbetriebs

Was dich auszeichnet
