Je stuurt het Front Office team aan om de werkzaamheden zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen. Daarnaast zullen jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit: - Het team coachen en feedback geven, en waar nodig om de prestaties van de medewerkers te verbeteren; - Opzetten, optimaliseren en waarborgen van werkprocessen; - Het opstellen/accorderen van roosters; - Werving en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers; - Eindverantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en juist aannemen en verwerken van alle reserveringen.
