Een 5-sterren boutique hotel waarbij het draait om oprechte en persoonlijke service en waar we onvergetelijke ervaringen willen creëren voor onze gasten. Een historische omgeving met 41 prachtige hotelkamers, 4 ruimtes voor evenementen, Bar Brasserie OCCO, het twee Michelinsterren bekroonde Restaurant Vinkeles en het kleinste fine-dining restaurant van Nederland, até. The Dylan Amsterdam is opzoek naar een gemotiveerde Front Office Stagiair(e). Tijdens deze stage zal je alles leren over de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen de Front Office en zal je uiteindelijk in staat zijn om zelfstandig diensten te draaien. Je dagelijkse taken zullen bestaan uit het ontvangen van gasten, check in /check out, het beantwoorden van vragen van gasten en administratieve receptiewerkzaamheden. Daarnaast zal je het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor telefoonverkeer in het hotel. Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande punten? - Je volgt een servicegerichte opleiding waarbij gasten centraal staan. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. - Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in een teamverband werken. - Je bent een echte doorzetter en kan goed met stress omgaan. - Je werkt accuraat en nauwkeurig.
