Zoek jij een fijne werkomgeving waarin gastvrijheid, collegialiteit en representativiteit centraal staan? Je verwelkomt gasten, deelt toegangspassen uit en bewaakt de veiligheidsvoorschriften. Als Parttime frontdesk medewerker in regio Den Bosch ben jij samen met een hecht team het visitekaartje van onze bekende zuivelonderneming. Je ontvangt bezoekers en internationale chauffeurs enthousiast op onze productielocatie. Je controleert ID-bewijzen en VCA-papieren nauwkeurig, legt veiligheidsinstructies uit en reikt de juiste toegangspassen uit. Daarnaast verwerk je meldingen in het facilitaire systeem en zorg je voor een strakke, opgeruimde ontvangstruimte. We zoeken een representatieve gastheer of gastvrouw met mbo-niveau en talenkennis. Je bent proactief, blijft rustig bij drukte aan de balie en denkt altijd in oplossingen. Je beschikt over minimaal mbo-werk- en -denkniveau, twee jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en ervaring met MS Office. Doordat je vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Duits spreekt, sta je ook internationale gasten moeiteloos te woord. Je bent woonachtig in regio Den Bosch en zoekt een stabiele parttime baan voor 20 uur per week. Je versterkt de balie van een toonaangevende internationale zuivelonderneming. Je gaat aan de slag in een prettige en collegiale werkomgeving met diensten van 06.45 tot 13.45 uur of 06.45 tot 15.45 uur. Binnen ons team heerst een informele sfeer waarin samenwerken vooropstaat.
