Heb je daarnaast ervaring binnen de tandheelkunde? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Front Office Medewerker bij Puur Mondzorg Joure ben jij vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten. Met jouw vriendelijke uitstraling en persoonlijke aandacht zorg je ervoor dat patiënten zich welkom en op hun gemak voelen. Geen dag is hetzelfde! De ene keer help je een patiënt aan de balie of aan de telefoon, de andere keer ben je bezig met afspraken, administratie of het ondersteunen van het team. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed geregeld is. Bij ons draait het niet alleen om goede mondzorg, maar ook om een fijne werksfeer. We zijn een betrokken team waarin we elkaar helpen, samen lachen en voor elkaar klaarstaan. We vinden het belangrijk dat je jezelf kunt zijn en met plezier naar je werk komt. Jouw uitdaging Een van jouw grootste uitdagingen als front office medewerker is het behouden van overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Je hebt te maken met verschillende patiënten die allemaal rekenen op jouw hulp en aandacht, terwijl je tegelijkertijd telefoongesprekken aanneemt en afspraken efficiënt inplant. Ook onder druk weet jij de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en zorg je ervoor dat de patiënt altijd centraal staat. Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding helpen je om zowel patiënten als collega's tevreden te houden, ook wanneer de wachtkamer vol zit of er spoedaanvragen binnenkomen.
