Wij zoeken een nieuwe collega als Commercieel Medewerker Frontoffice. Ervaring is niet vereist, een prettige telefoonstem wel. Over Carmeleon Wij zijn een gespecialiseerd volmachtkantoor in Helmond (Stiphout), actief in verzekeringen en financieringen voor de automotive branche. Geen dure kantoren of papieren rompslomp, maar een moderne werkomgeving en open bedrijfscultuur. Samen met 40 collega's werk je in een informele sfeer, met focus op het dealerbedrijf en de klant. Dankzij onze IT-gedreven aanpak en eigen software bieden we efficiënte, klantgerichte oplossingen op maat. Wat ga je doen? Als frontoffice medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en aangesloten dealers. Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoontjes, geeft advies en zorgt dat vragen snel en duidelijk worden opgelost. Later breid je jouw takenpakket uit met het begeleiden van nieuwe schademeldingen, schadesturing en diverse backoffice werkzaamheden. In deze rol heb je veel telefonisch contact en ben je dé schakel tussen klant en organisatie. Kortom, een afwisselende en uitdagende functie waarin jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid centraal staan! Jij wordt gelukkig van: • Het helpen van onze klanten, dealers en andere betrokken partijen met al hun uiteenlopende vragen • Fraudesignalen herkennen en hierop adequaat reageren • Het maken van een passende offerte voor onze nieuwe en bestaande klanten • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met onze samenwerkende dealers • Je deelt je kennis en toont lef in het realiseren van optimale werkprocessen.
