Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en gastvrije Frontoffice Medewerker voor het aankomende seizoen! Bij ons vakantiepark in Groesbeek ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorg je voor een warm welkom. Samen met een gezellig team maak je elke dag bijzonder voor onze doelgroep, van gezinnen tot gepensioneerden. Wij bieden vaste staanplaatsen, toeristische (kampeer)plaatsen, Mobile Homes/Chalets/Safaritenten (verhuur) en twee groepsaccommodaties. Op het park is ook een buitenzwembad en een restaurant te vinden. Het park ligt tegen het centrum van Groesbeek aan en heeft een prachtige omgeving. In het laagseizoen komen vooral de gasten verblijven die lekker van hun pensioen genieten. In de vakantieperiodes (het hoogseizoen) zul je vooral veel gezinnen met kinderen (t/m 12 jaar) op het park tegenkomen. Het hele seizoen proberen we onze gasten te vermaken met leuke activiteiten en in het hoogseizoen is er een animatieprogramma voor de kinderen. Onze ambitie is om in de komende jaren steeds meer beleving aan het park toe te voegen om onze gasten te blijven verrassen. Het team verantwoordelijk voor de receptie/frontoffice bestaat uit 4 - 5 personen Wat mag je doen? Je bent als frontofficemedewerker onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - In- en uitchecken van gasten; - Beantwoorden van de telefoon/e-mail; - Reserveringen maken en inboeken in het boekingssysteem; - Gasten wegwijs maken op ons terrein en in de omgeving; - Vragen beantwoorden en klachten afhandelen; - Afrekeningen maken en betalingen ontvangen; - Diverse adminis...
