Frontoffice medewerker - Unique - Groningen Unique Jobid=2745_5218118 - (0.091) Wat ga je precies doen Als frontoffice medewerker pensioenen bij TKP Pensioen in Groningen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over hun pensioen. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze vragen helder en correct worden beantwoord via telefoon, chat en e-mail. Dankzij een uitgebreide onboarding leer je snel de kneepjes van het vak, zodat je zelfstandig aan de slag kunt. Je werkt hybride: deels vanuit huis en deels op ons moderne kantoor in Groningen. Samen met je team werk je aan een uitstekende klantbeleving en draag je bij aan het verbeteren van processen. Zorg ervoor dat u solliciteert met alle gevraagde informatie, zoals uiteengezet in het functieoverzicht hieronder. Wat je gaat doen: - Beantwoorden: klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat op een duidelijke en klantgerichte manier. - Zorgen: voor foutloze en heldere communicatie richting pensioenfondsen en deelnemers. - Beheren: van complexe dossiers en nauwkeurig omgaan met uiteenlopende klantvragen. - Signaleren: van verbeterkansen om processen en communicatie efficiënter te maken. - Onderhouden: van relaties met interne en externe stakeholders.
