Frontoffice Medewerker Verbond van Verzekeraars | standplaats: Den Haag | dienstverband: Parttime Als Frontoffice Medewerker (8 uur per week) bij het Verbond van Verzekeraars ben jij hét visitekaartje van de organisatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt wanneer bezoekers binnenlopen en je zorgt ervoor dat ze zich meteen welkom voelen. Je handelt telefoongesprekken professioneel af en laat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden achter de balie vlekkeloos verlopen. Je werkt iedere vrijdag 8 uur en bent daarmee een vertrouwd gezicht voor bezoekers en collega's. Daarnaast ben je bereid en in staat om af en toe extra te werken, bijvoorbeeld tijdens vakanties of bij afwezigheid van een collega. Extra inzet stemmen we in overleg met jou af. We zoeken een collega die plezier heeft in contact met mensen, zorgvuldig werkt en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je bent toegankelijk, houdt het hoofd koel als er meerdere dingen tegelijk gebeuren en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een gastvrije en verzorgde ontvangst. Je maakt deel uit van de Facilitaire Dienst en werkt nauw samen met je collega's onder leiding van de Facilitair Manager. Het team denkt actief met elkaar mee, ondersteunt elkaar waar nodig en zoekt continu naar mogelijkheden om de dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Het Verbond verbindt de belangen van verzekeraars met die van de samenleving. Daarom vinden we het belangrijk dat verschillende achtergronden en perspectieven ook binnen onze eigen organisatie vertegenwoordigd zijn. Bij ons zijn kandidaten van alle leeftijden welkom.
