Voor onze locaties in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een energieke en representatieve: Frontoffice medewerker (24-32 uur) Wat ga je doen? Welkom bij FYEO. Woorden waarmee jij je volledig kan identificeren. Vol overtuiging en warmte communiceer je met cliënten, daarmee exact het FYEO-gevoel overbrengend. Een gevoel dat verder gaat dan cliënten begeleiden, je laat ze thuis bij FYEO zijn. Als frontoffice-medewerker ben je in veel opzichten de spil in de organisatie. Vanuit jouw werkplek overzie je namelijk alles en iedereen. Voor cliënten ben je het vertrouwelijke aanspreekpunt, binnen de organisatie vorm je de brug tussen cliënten en hun behandeling. Je communiceert, informeert en administreert, altijd vanuit de visie dat cliënten op nummer 1 staan. Jij biedt service in de meest brede zin van welzijn. Daarnaast heb je ook veel telefonisch contact met onze cliënten. Op eenzelfde vriendelijke manier als aan de front-office sta je onze cliënten te woord met allerhande vragen en ook hier breng je het 'welkom thuis' gevoel van FYEO over. Na het aanvragen van een brochure bel je de betreffende cliënt na en plan je een afspraak in. Jouw doel hierbij is onze cliënten te voorzien van uitstekend, betrouwbaar advies dat perfect aan...
