Werken bij Opel Frontoffice medewerker Als Frontoffice medewerker bij Autocentrum Van Vliet Woerden ben jij het eerste gezicht en de eerste indruk die klanten krijgen wanneer ze bij ons binnenstappen. Je bent daarnaast de schakel tussen klant en werkplaats: je ontvangt klanten, plant afspraken in en zorgt dat werkzaamheden duidelijk worden besproken en teruggekoppeld worden. Je adviseert over onderhoud en reparaties, houdt klanten tussentijds op de hoogte en schakelt met de werkplaats wanneer nodig. Aan het einde van de dag zorg jij dat alles netjes is afgerond en klanten met een goed gevoel weer de weg op gaan. Persoonlijk, betrokken en altijd met oog voor service.
