In Zwolle zoekt een technisch topbedrijf een Frontoffice Medewerker die deze combinatie wil: afwisseling, zekerheid en toch ruimte voor jezelf.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met storingen aan koelinstallaties, liften, beveiligingssystemen en meer. Aan de telefoon (ongeveer 40% van je tijd) en via e-mail (de overige 60%) luister je goed, vraag je door en zorg je dat het probleem snel bij de juiste expert terechtkomt.

Rustig blijven als iemand gestrest aan de lijn hangt, prioriteiten stellen als er drie dingen tegelijk spelen, schakelen tussen telefoon en mail zonder de draad te verliezen. Dat hoort er allemaal bij. Geen dag verloopt hetzelfde en dat is precies waarom mensen deze baan blijven doen.

Functie-eisen: Wat verwachten we van jou?

• Je werkt en denkt op mbo 4-niveau • Je hebt minimaal een jaar ervaring in klantenservice of een frontoffice-rol • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands • Als drie klanten gelijk bellen en het systeem hapert, blijf jij rustig en pak je het stap voor stap op • Je kan af en toe op zaterdag werken
