Kom jij onze personeelsdienst versterken?

Als Frontoffice Medewerker Personeelsdienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers. Jij bent de vriendelijke stem aan de telefoon, het warme gezicht aan de balie en de betrouwbare schakel tussen medewerkers en de personeelsdienst.

Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en empathie zorg je ervoor dat vragen snel beantwoord worden, processen vlot verlopen en iedereen zich ondersteund voelt.

Kernopdracht

  • Je onthaalt medewerkers die zich aan de balie van de personeelsdienst aanmelden met grote en kleine vragen.
  • Je behandelt inkomende vragen via telefoon en e-mail zoveel mogelijk in eerste lijn en zorgt voor een correcte triage en doorverwijzing binnen het team.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers bij de ondertekening van hun arbeidsovereenkomst en geeft toelichting bij hun contract en praktische afspraken.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen over interne procedures, loonadministratie en arbeidsovereenkomsten.
  • Je springt, waar nodig, bij in andere ondersteunende taken binnen de personeelsdienst.

Hierin herken jij jezelf

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur min.1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige sector.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en hanteert een klantvriendelijke en professionele communicatiestijl.
  • Je bent empathisch en respectvol en kan vlot schakelen in toon en aanpak, afhankelijk van de persoon en de situatie.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en digitaal vaardig en kan vlot werken met MS Office. Kennis van Toba en/of Acerta Connect Pro is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook wanneer je verschillende vragen en taken tegelijk moet opnemen.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt kennis van sociale wetgeving en begrijpt de belangrijkste principes rond tewerkstelling, verloning, afwezigheden, verlof en sociale administratie.
  • Je bent leergierig en maakt je nieuwe informatie en systemen snel eigen
  • Je bent flexibel en kan vlot omgaan met veranderingen en wisselende vragen.
